Concierge – New York City Property
Responsibilities
Meet, greet, and direct residents and guests
Provide exceptional customer service
Track packages and dry‑cleaning items
Answer calls professionally and assist callers with directions or instructions for the building
Maintain a clean workspace and keep communal areas tidy
Possess good knowledge of the local area
Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries
Provide a security presence on‑site and monitor for suspicious activity
Maintain logbooks for visitors and contractors and keep track of keys when needed
Assist management with resident requests
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with computers, word processing, calendar management, Building Link and Keylink system
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Well groomed and display a positive attitude
Available to work weekends and holidays
