As the
Office Manager , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
Responsibilities
Is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the Administrative Offices and functions of CCHO, this includes:
Establishing, overseeing, and maintaining business systems including phone, computer, and electronic filing systems.
Reception and assuring that all phone calls are appropriately taken and that all messages are recorded and delivered in a timely and efficient manner;
Routine administrative clerical tasks (incoming and outgoing mail, copying and printing, correspondence, filing, etc.) are completed timely, efficiently and accurately;
Assists with coordination of events, including, but, not limited to Hope for the Homeless, and other organized fund raising efforts, staff training, gatherings and meetings.
Provides software/technical assistance, support and enlists additional outside resources as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Ensures that an adequate supply of office supplies, letterhead, envelopes, agency brochures, etc. is maintained for staff and public use, and that materials are updated and available as needed.
Assures coverage of office support, scheduling, planning for maximum efficiency of Agency operations;
Strictly upholds the confidentiality of records and information regarding clients, staff and the Board of Directors, both inside and outside the company;

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours/week) On-call shifts required
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Secretarial/Business or a related field
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
3 - 5 years of experience working with a diverse population
Valid
driver’s license, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle.
