What You’ll Do Product Strategy & Discovery
Conduct customer interviews, market analysis, and competitive research
Identify and validate use cases, pain points, and opportunities
Translate business needs into clear problem statements and solution hypotheses
Product Planning & Execution
Own feature definitions, requirements documentation, and acceptance criteria
Scope releases and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with leadership
Collaborate with engineering through development, testing, and iteration
Build simple UI mockups or wireframes in tools such as Figma/Jamboard
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to surface feedback
Support go‑to‑market planning for new releases
Present product updates, roadmap changes, and insights to internal stakeholders
Metrics & Outcomes
Monitor product KPIs and usage patterns
Identify opportunities for adoption, expansion, retention, and customer satisfaction
Contribute recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in a Product Manager role (preferably in B2B SaaS)
Strong analytical skills and a data‑informed decision‑making mindset
Experience translating customer conversations into technical requirements
Experience writing detailed specs and managing delivery with engineering
Practical experience with agile development environments
Ability to create lightweight mockups to communicate ideas
Comfortable working independently with minimal support resources
Cybersecurity, IT administration, or systems management background
Experience in a startup or scale‑up environment
Familiarity with UI/UX best practices
Experience with user onboarding and lifecycle optimization
