You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in Portland, Oregon.

Base pay range $125,000 – $160,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders

Monitor project performance and proactively address issues or delays

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Mentor and develop junior project team members

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management

Proven track record of delivering projects $10M+ in value

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)

OSHA 30 certification preferred

Compensation

Salary Range $125,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on experience
