DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES Meet the general qualification of QA Analyst 3 and the specifications outlined in this submission for Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV). Performs manual application software testing and quality assurance measures in support of TxDMV, Information Technology Services Division (ITSD). Conducts application software testing and advises manager of status of release based on results of testing performed for a software release to be implemented into production.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.
Experience
8 Required: Create and modify test materials for systems and programs, and document test procedures.
Experience
5 Required: Developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures to support testing under various development methodologies.

5 Required: Working in a team environment and ability to communicate and assist with training other team members.
Experience
3 Required: Exercises logic and reasoning to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

2 Required: Experience with JIRA.

2 Required: Working with relational databases and creating SQL scripts.

1 Required: TxDMV application testing experience.

This position is Telework; primary location — Remote. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays when the agency is closed. Candidate may be required to work outside the normal business hours on weekends, evenings and holidays, as requested.
