Role Overview
Must be able to work PST timezone hours and travel onsite once a month (San Jose, CA).
Provide advisory; may need to provide example code snippets for work that demonstrates how to resolve customer issues.
Required Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, including Agent Engine, Vertex AI Search, and the Agent Development Kit (ADK).
Proficiency in deploying and managing applications on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and/or Cloud Run.
Strong understanding of GCP security principles, including IAM, VPC Service Controls, and Model Armor.
Experience in developing and orchestrating multi-agent systems.
Expertise with agentic frameworks, specifically LangChain and LangGraph.
Background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
Experience with data pipeline design and optimization.
Hands‑on skills with OpenTelemetry and implementing robust monitoring and observability for AI/ML systems.
Ability to design and implement end‑to‑end tracing for complex, multi‑step agent interactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a co‑development model, mentoring and enabling customer teams.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
