Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in tasks involved in overall store operation, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18
Prior retail and/or management experience required
Physical demands: over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
