NexDiscovery
Head of GTM & Operations
NexDiscovery — San Francisco (In-Person) – First business hire. Reports directly to the founders. Company Description:
Dashboards explain the past. NexDiscovery changes the future. NexDiscovery is the only AI platform that works inside the enterprise, turning raw data into action autonomously — no prompts, no dashboards, no data leaving your walls. Our patent-pending Proactive Intelligence engine continuously explores CRM, ERP, and financial systems to detect what’s about to happen — surfacing the signals that drive revenue, prevent risk, and repair data quality before anyone asks. Already live with enterprises in the U.K. and U.S., NexDiscovery is proving that real AI ROI is possible — securely, autonomously, and in 30 days. Role Overview:
We’re hiring our first non-technical business leader — in person in San Francisco — to become the operational backbone of NexDiscovery’s early go‑to‑market motion. This is a builder role. You will accelerate founder‑led sales, run all enterprise pilots, manage customer implementations, and stand up the systems that will take us from early traction to $5M ARR. You will work side‑by‑side with the founders in SF, shaping GTM, customer delivery, operations, and category leadership. This is an opportunity to join at the earliest stage and help define the motion of a new category: Proactive Intelligence. What You Will Own:
GTM & Sales Acceleration
Partner directly with founders on all stages of founder‑led sales Build outbound sequences, messaging, decks, demos, and ROI frameworks Qualify prospects, run discovery, and advance opportunities Own pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and CRM processes Support enterprise security reviews, procurement, and data requirements Pilot Program Delivery (30-Day Enterprise POCs)
Project‑manage each pilot from scoping to data alignment to deployment Coordinate system connections across CRM, ERP, finance, and BI data Work closely with engineering as we deploy into customer VPC/on‑prem environments Produce weekly Insight Packs that translate complex patterns into clear business impact Lead executive readouts with CROs, CFOs, and Innovation leaders Drive pilot → annual contract conversions with clear ROI narratives Customer Success & Active Delivery
Own the customer relationship post‑contract Build the onboarding, adoption, and renewal playbooks from scratch Establish a proactive insight‑delivery cadence for executive sponsors Capture product feedback and prioritize it with engineering and founders Ensure smooth deployments for expansions, new use cases, or new systems Business Operations
Stand up internal operational systems (CRM, RevOps processes, reporting, tooling) Create clarity and structure where none exists Build repeatable GTM workflows, templates, and internal documentation Own internal metrics, reporting, and execution rhythms Help architect our embedded partner delivery framework with BI/innovation firms Founder Leverage
Operate as an extension of the founders Run cross‑functional initiatives across sales, operations, engineering, and delivery Ensure speed, organization, and communication across initiatives Build a high‑trust operating cadence in person in SF What Great Looks Like:
Have built early GTM, RevOps, or Customer Success motions at a startup Have ran complex technical pilots, implementations, or programs Are exceptional at project management and stakeholder communication Are comfortable navigating enterprise systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Snowflake, etc.) Move fast, think clearly, and operate with high judgment Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building new categories Are highly accountable, low ego, and deeply customer‑focused Love solving messy cross‑functional problems and turning them into repeatable playbooks Qualifications:
Must Have
4 years in GTM, RevOps, BizOps, Customer Success, Consulting, or Implementations Proven experience working with enterprise systems or data‑heavy workflows Experience managing POCs, technical pilots, or complex customer programs Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work in person in San Francisco, directly with the founders Nice to Have
