Location: Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area | Salary: $123,000.00–$160,000.00 | Employment type: Full-time
The Production Manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and production crews. Responsibilities focus on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, and staff development. Tasks include inspecting potential projects, assessing damage, taking measurements, compiling data, generating estimates via Xactimate, communicating with customers, coordinating with job file coordinator, obtaining approvals, delivering invoices, and following up with adjustors and homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction before, during, and after remediation.
Understand full scope of work and ensure accurate and timely invoicing and supplemental billing.
Develop scope of work, generate estimates, negotiate customer/client approval, and invoice promptly.
Recruit, train, and coach production personnel.
Schedule crews, coordinate and oversee production services with crews and subcontractors.
Ensure accuracy of information with Job File Coordinator and support services provided.
Walk through and sign off on all production jobs ensuring accuracy and compliance with insurance and corporate requirements.
Manage production expenses in accordance with budgets, including temporary labor.
Assist with on-call schedule, including first contact and job visit on all after-hours emergency calls within 1 hour.
Maintain a safe and organized warehouse and its contents.
Oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times, including safe use of production equipment.
Qualifications
Effective written and oral communication skills.
5+ years of Production Management experience in the Restoration field.
Required IICRC certifications.
Estimating experience required.
Proven experience managing multiple production crews to achieve results efficiently and effectively.
Availability for on-call duties.
Willingness to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
Valid driver license and clean driving record.
Ability to complete background check and drug test as required by law.
