Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Guest Services.
Support Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage.
Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18.
Prior retail and/or management experience required.
Physical demands: over 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
