Base Pay Range $125,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage and enforce QA/QC programs for HVAC and plumbing systems on high‑spec projects
Conduct inspections, review documentation, and verify compliance with specs, codes, and standards
Interface with engineers, clients, and inspectors to resolve quality concerns proactively
Track and close punch list items while maintaining detailed QA/QC records
Promote a proactive, jobsite‑wide culture of quality, accountability, and safety
Qualifications
7 or more years of QA/QC experience on mechanical scopes in data center, cleanroom, or pharma environments
Familiarity with cleanroom validation, pressure testing, and mission‑critical system requirements
Strong documentation, field coordination, and audit skills
Working knowledge of ASME, ASHRAE, SMACNA, and relevant industry standards
OSHA 30 or CxA certification preferred
