We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Specialist with strong experience in purchasing, logistics coordination, vendor communication, and inventory support. This role will partner closely with the Director of Supply Operations and will be the day-to-day driver of supply chain execution. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. You will help build and refine processes while owning the operational tasks that keep our supply chain moving. Key Responsibilities
Purchasing and Vendor Management
Create, issue, and manage purchase orders for packaging and finished goods. Maintain continuous communication with vendors and manufacturing partners regarding timelines, quantities, and changes. Track purchase order status from creation to delivery and elevate issues proactively. Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with 3PL partners, suppliers, and carriers. Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment partners to ensure timely receiving and outbound processing. Cross-Functional Communication
Provide clear updates to internal teams, including operations, customer service, marketing, and demand planning. Support new product launches by coordinating operational readiness and tracking inventory availability. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, in Business Manager or Supply Chain preferred 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, operations, or inventory management. Experience in CPG, beauty, skincare, retail, DTC, or ecommerce strongly preferred. Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data tracking). Experience with ERP or logistics systems (e.g., unleashed, Cin7, Oracle, 3PL systems) a plus. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Comfortable working onsite in San Diego with the agility to communicate with remote stakeholders. Positive, solution-oriented mindset; proactive approach to identifying issues and improving processes.
