What’s Under the Hood DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.

As a Senior Analyst, Loss Mitigation, you will apply your analytical and strategic skills to initiate, build, and develop the business case for major company initiatives. Loss mitigation gives you immediate impact on the company’s P&L through strategies that you develop and deploy.

Responsibilities

Some customers will default on loan obligations. This role is to develop strategies that recover money while doing so with empathy.

Formulate, develop, and institute business strategies in loss mitigation, recoveries, repossession, and remarketing to reduce net losses.

Partner with product, tech, data science, and operations teams to implement data‑driven strategies and decision engines.

Bring the strategy to life: analyze and develop the full lifecycle of a project, including implementation and execution.

Drive large analytical initiatives to reveal step‑change improvements in operational and transaction profitability.

Communicate concise insights and visualizations using software such as Tableau; partner collaboratively with colleagues and senior leaders.

Leverage emerging technologies and critical thinking to continually innovate and automate existing methodologies, processes, and reporting; design, develop, test, and implement new products and solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as economics, engineering, finance, statistics, mathematics, or a hard science.

3 years of experience in analytics, engineering, consulting, or marketing.

Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau (or a similar visualization tool), and Excel.
