Responsibilities
Establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
Supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store.
Ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage.
Managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Prior retail and/or management experience required.
Minimum age requirement: 18.
Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Will work up to 38 hours per week.
