Assistant Store Manager The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store. Responsibilities include ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in daily operational tasks.

Develop and manage staff to achieve sales targets.

Control expenses, shrinkage, and inventory.

Ensure guest services meet Company standards.

Qualifications

Minimum age 18.

Prior retail and/or management experience required.

Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for >8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $15.00 - $15.25 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Location: Traverse City, MI.
