Hourly rate ranges from $18.00 to $18.25 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities

Establish and maintain Guest Services.

Support the Store Manager in overall store operations ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

Work up to 38 hours per week.

Qualifications

Minimum age 18.

Physical demands: require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Prior retail and/or management experience required.
