Candidate should have good transactional experience executing derivatives, structured finance, securitization and/or other complex finance/capital markets transactions. A strong candidate will have had exposure to and experience with ISDA documentation, repo documentation and a range of asset classes including rates, FX, credit and/or equity derivatives, as well as a good understanding of the U.S. regulatory landscape for derivatives (CFTC and SEC). Strong communication and client skills required. Must be a team player who enjoys a fast-paced and varied workload. Qualifications
Candidates should be class of 2018–2020 and looking to join the New York office. JD or L.L.M required. Admission to the New York State Bar preferred. Compensation
Base salary range offered is between $365,000 and $420,000. Total compensation may include discretionary bonuses and other benefits. Technical Skills
