Reward & Compensation Salary
will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Levels
Level 1: Estimated hourly base pay: $18.27 (minimum) – $24.04 (midpoint) – $29.33 (maximum) plus shift differential and overtime
Level 2: Estimated hourly base pay: $22.12 (minimum) – $28.85 (midpoint) – $35.58 (maximum) plus shift differential and overtime

Level 1 Key Responsibilities
Operations: Follow documented procedures to produce products efficiently using specified tools and equipment, flexing and supporting the full product line in various processes and capacities.
Process: Observe and record key process variables to ensure consistency and quality in operations; accurately log daily operations and resolve or escalates concerns.
Quality: Conduct inspections and tests to verify the accuracy and functionality of products, and maintain data per operating standards.
Organization & Cleanliness: Adhere to 5S principles by keeping workstations clean, organized, and free of unnecessary items.
Safety Mindset: Adhere to all established safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining mindfulness of self and surrounding work area to promote a safe working environment.
Level 2 Key Responsibilities
Operations: Follow documented procedures, solve known problems to meet standards, support training of other members, and provide improvement opportunities to standard work; flex and support the full product line in various processes and capacities.
Process: Maintain key process variables to ensure consistency and quality in operations, accurately log daily operations, support training of others, and provide improvement opportunities to standard work.
Quality Control: Participate in improving clarity and accuracy in documented processes and procedures.
Organization & Cleanliness: Proactively apply 5S principles, identify opportunities to improve workstation organization and cleanliness, and ensure compliance with team standards.
Safety Mindset: Encourage adherence to safety protocols within the team.
Key Skills
Technical Capability: Understand and follow basic technical instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Critical Thinking: Identify gaps to standard and resolve or escalates them per standard processes and procedures.
Mechanical Aptitude: Demonstrate basic understanding of mechanical systems and components; use hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectively.

Additional Information Moderate physical activity requiring agility and dexterity, including walking, standing, or bending; and lifting or moving objects. Work is performed in an area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear. May be required to pass near‑vision and/or color vision examinations.
Successful Candidates Typically Have
Previous machining, assembly or test experience preferred
Basic mechanical aptitude highly beneficial
2 or more years of experience within a manufacturing setting desired
Basic knowledge of machines and equipment functionality, and how tools could be used on such equipment/machines is highly preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing is strongly desired.
