Supervise, train, and motivate employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
Ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner.
Resolve customer concerns.
Take inventory of stock during shifts to determine ordering needs and prevent shortages.
Count cash on hand at shift change and at closing to identify shortages or overages, then prepare bank deposit statements.
Work in a fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrate good written, verbal, mathematical, and interpersonal skills.
Have reliable transportation.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
