We’re partnered with a fast-growing IT Managed Service Provider in the Philadelphia area seeking an Office Manager to help streamline daily operations, support internal teams, and keep the business running smoothly. This MSP works with a wide range of technologies and clients, and they need someone who is organized, adaptable, and proactive. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the backbone of a technical organization.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or operations
Experience working in a technical or MSP environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
Experience handling billing, invoicing, or financial coordination
Excellent communication and client-interaction skills
Ability to support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and workflow organization
Comfortable coordinating vendors, tools, supplies, and service renewals
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with PSA/RMM tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, Autotask, N-able)
Familiarity with basic IT terminology and ticketing workflows
Experience supporting HR functions (onboarding, documentation, policies)
Background in bookkeeping or expense tracking
Experience assisting with company events, meetings, and process improvements
Tech Breakdown
50% Microsoft 365 (Excel sheets, documentation, scheduling)
25% PSA/CRM systems (ticket review, reporting, billing support)
25% General office administration (communications, vendor coordination)
Daily Responsibilities
60% Hands-On Office & Operational Support
25% Management Duties (scheduling, reporting, coordination)
15% Team Collaboration with Engineers & Leadership
