Job Summary And Responsibilities We are offering a sign‑on bonus not to exceed 10% of salary for this position. An amazing opportunity has opened for a Manager of Pharmacy Services at Marian Regional Medical Center, a 191‑bed hospital located on California’s Central Coast. You will foster a service culture based on continuous quality improvement, create structures and processes that assure cost‑effective and safe utilization of drug supplies and staff time, lead initiatives that contribute to high‑quality care, and provide direction and supportive resources for day‑to‑day operations to reduce harm to patients and improve outcomes. You will also be responsible for implementing and administering fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, and coordinating financial reporting. Job Requirements Required Education and Experience

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy required.

Minimum of 3 years of recent pharmacy (or similar) work experience required.

Required Licensure

Active CA State Pharmacist License in good standing required.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year in a leadership position or pharmacy residency completed, or supplemental Masters Degree (MBA, MS, MHA, etc.) preferred.

Pay Range $80.17 – $119.26 /hour
