Job Summary As a global leader in server technologies, Supermicro is rapidly growing in markets such as cloud computing, HPC, AI/ML, and scale‑out storage. We develop end‑to‑end data center solutions with integrated compute, storage, and networking, delivered as full‑rack or multi‑rack infrastructures. We seek product managers who can work closely with data center customers to grow the data center business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support the Director of Solution Engineering by winning data center projects and driving revenue growth.

Conduct marketing and technological research to inform solution development directions.

Lead data center solution development, collaborating with design and testing engineers to enable new products.

Participate in pre‑sales engagements with customers, providing creative solutions that meet demanding requirements.

Manage data center projects from design to delivery, achieving high customer satisfaction.

Increase revenue through collaboration with channel and technology partners to expand the ecosystem.

Promote new solutions by working closely with sales and marketing teams.

Deliver solution training to internal teams, partners, resellers, and end customers.

Qualifications

BSEE/CS, MSEE/CS with 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent preferred.

Deep knowledge of data center infrastructures such as cloud, HPC, AI/ML, and other high‑performance environments.

Deep knowledge of data center power and cooling technologies.

Solid experience managing large‑scale data center projects from design to deployment.

Strong capability to bridge engineering and business groups, translating technical excellence into business value.

Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams.

Self‑directed initiative and ability to lead complex projects on schedule.

Availability to travel to meet customers as needed.

Note: This position requires regular in‑office attendance during standard business hours. Candidates should be prepared for commuting to the designated office location.

Salary Range $89,000 – $150,000, depending on location, level, education, and experience. Additional compensation may include bonuses and equity award programs as part of a comprehensive benefits package.
