Revenue Accounting Manager – Hybrid (1 day/week) or Remote (West Coast)

$135,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr

Hybrid (Redwood City, 1x/week) OR Remote for strong candidates outside the Bay Area (West Coast hours).

What You’ll Do
Review & document complex
SaaS revenue arrangements
(ASC 606 / SSP / modifications)
Partner with Sales, Legal, RevOps on
non‑standard contract review
Prepare technical memos, revenue analyses, and SOX‑compliant documentation
Support month‑end close (JE’s, reconciliations, revenue waterfall, flux analysis)
Collaborate with Professional Services on project‑based revenue recognition
Manage
Billing Specialist
&
Collections Specialist
Support audits and process improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
5+ years
revenue accounting, including
3+ years technical ASC 606
Strong experience with
SSP, contract review, deal desk, and memo writing
NetSuite ARM required
CPA or Public Accounting (revenue/technical) preferred
Excellent communication skills — ability to clearly articulate revenue concepts
Experience in high‑growth SaaS environments is a plus
