As Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be a pivotal member of the founding executive team, responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations, optimizing operational efficiency across trading, storage, LNG, and refined products, and implementing strategies that enable scalable growth. You will ensure operational excellence, drive execution of multi‑billion‑dollar projects, and translate strategic priorities into tangible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all operational aspects of trading, storage, LNG, and refined products infrastructure to maximize efficiency, reliability, and profitability.
Implement operational strategies, process improvements, and governance frameworks to support scalable growth and performance.
Collaborate closely with the CEO, executive leadership, and cross‑functional teams to align operations with strategic objectives and business priorities.
Drive execution of multi‑billion‑dollar infrastructure, storage, and trading projects, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.
Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and risk management frameworks across all business units.
Support investor and board‑level communications by providing operational insights, progress reports, and project updates.
Foster a culture of operational discipline, innovation, and results‑driven execution across the organization.
Candidate Profile
Senior executive experience as COO, Head of Operations, or equivalent C‑level leadership in global energy, trading, or infrastructure companies.
Proven track record of managing large‑scale, multi‑billion‑dollar operations involving LNG, oil, and refined products.
Deep understanding of storage facilities, supply chain optimization, and operational risk management.
Strong financial, analytical, and commercial acumen, with ability to influence decisions at the highest level.
Experience in project execution, operational strategy, and cross‑border infrastructure development.
Strategic thinker capable of bridging operational, commercial, and market dynamics across multiple regions.
Fluent in English; additional languages (Hebrew, Arabic, French) advantageous.
