Responsibilities
Prepare structural calculations and drawings for projects of all material types and sizes
Work closely and build relationships with architects, contractors, clients, and other engineers
Manage your own projects and work as part of a team on other projects
Be mentored by more experienced engineers and mentor younger engineers as the company grows
Position requirements:
BS or MS degree in civil engineering with structural emphasis from an ABET accredited program
8+ years of structural engineering experience on relevant building projects
Proficiency in common structural engineering and office tools including RISA, RAM, Enercalc, Excel, Bluebeam
Structural Design experience in Industrial, Office, Multifamily, and Retail buildings.
Currently licensed as a PE or SE is preferred but not required
Other qualifications that are beneficial:
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
Regular in‑house technical training
Formal mentoring with monthly one‑to‑ones
