Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Analytics

Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (email, paid advertising, SMS, social).

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; optimize based on KPIs and business goals.

Market Insights & Strategy

Identify key trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to inform marketing decisions.

Leverage cultural moments and social trends to increase reach and fan interaction.

Brand Consistency & Visual Standards

Ensure alignment with Kings, Lakers, and Sparks brand standards across all platforms including visual merchandising, digital content, and in‑store experiences.

Maintain consistent storytelling across e‑commerce websites, social media, streaming, press, brand activations and brick‑and‑mortar stores.

Digital Strategy & Content Creation

Lead the LA digital strategy, including website management, social media campaigns, and digital content creation.

Create and implement engaging content across platforms to drive fan engagement and brand awareness.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

Collaborate with sales, creative, e‑commerce, and brand teams to align on strategy and execution.

Represent marketing in cross‑functional meetings and provide leadership on campaign initiatives.

Stakeholder Communication

Maintain regular communication with the Director, General Manager, and external partners on marketing performance, upcoming initiatives, and timelines.

Provide senior leadership with detailed updates and reports on marketing effectiveness.

Project & Team Management

Ensure marketing tasks and timelines are met by coordinating with internal staff and managing resources efficiently.

Monitor ongoing campaigns to ensure deliverables are executed on time and on brand.

Qualifications

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, entertainment, or sports.

Proven success in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital platforms, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.

Experience managing paid social and paid search advertising campaigns.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute original marketing concepts.

Comfortable interpreting data to improve strategy and performance.

Familiarity with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.

Meta Advertising certifications.

Google Ads certifications.

Experience with Shopify’s integrations with advertising platforms.

Experience managing social shopping stores (IG Shopping, TikTok Shop).
