Project Manager / Contracts Manager

About Us Cleartech Group is a specialist building services provider with over 20 years of experience in HVAC commissioning, water treatment, legionella compliance, fire damper drop testing and other compliance services.
What You’ll Be Doing
Planning and project preparation/management
Liaising with clients, subcontractors and site teams
Project reviews and logging variations
Technical writing and O&M manual coordination
Preparation of health & safety files, method statements and risk assessments
Bid management and tender preparation
Ensuring brand-aligned proposals
Research new clients and integrate unique selling points into tenders
Bid estimation and final quoting
Co‑ordination with health & safety team for risk audits
What We’re Looking For
Desirable CSA Grade 4+ (not mandatory)
A passionate and ambitious Project Manager with strong problem‑solving skills
Team player capable of managing operational teams and projectsWillingness to improve and embrace personal development
Strong leadership and workforce development skills
Health & Safety qualifications: PTS, IOSH, or SMSTS Manager preferred
Building Services Engineer qualifications or relevant engineering business experience
Effective client communication and relationship management
CSCS card
Full UK driving licence
