After 2.5 years of rapid growth, we have proven the technology works. Now, we need a product visionary to define how this technology scales to reach millions.

Role This is an executive role. You will sit at the leadership table, partnering directly with our CEO and CTO to define what we build and why, reimagining the product landscape in an AI‑first world. You are a strategist who finds clarity in ambiguity, translating high‑level mission goals into concrete product reality without being a project manager.

Core Responsibilities

Executive Vision & Strategy – partner with the CEO to shape the future of the business, looking 12‑24 months ahead and defining the strategic trajectory of the company.

Channel & Growth Architecture – design how our platform integrates with partners, legal firms, and healthcare providers to create product loops that drive growth.

Activation & Onboarding Excellence – own the complete user journey from landing page through activation, working closely with marketing to optimize conversion and retention.

AI‑Native Product Discovery – build AI loops to analyze user interactions instantly, using AI as a co‑author to simulate user flows and edge cases.

Symbiosis with Engineering – align technical architecture with product goals, ensuring today’s builds support tomorrow’s complexity.

Design & User Experience – maintain high design fidelity, ensuring every interaction feels human‑centric, transparent, and simple.

The Person We're Looking For Essential Background You have taken a complex technical product from early traction to multi‑channel scale, invented new ways for a product to exist in the market, owned activation metrics, and grasp unit economics and business strategy.

Cognitive Approach

design direct solutions to systemic problems rather than following SaaS conventions.

Commercial Fluency:

translate technical features into new revenue streams and sales channels.

test hypotheses and drive outcomes without waiting for permission.

Technical & AI Fluency

AI Partnership:

integrate AI into personal workflow, using LLMs to draft strategies and stress‑test logic.

Technical Respect:

understand implications of architectural decisions and discuss with the CTO.
