Full Stack Integration Engineer with Azure
This role is supported by The Planet Group. Your pay will be based on your skills and experience.
Base pay range $60.00/hr - $75.00/hr
Hybrid role: onsite for three days a week.
Job description The successful candidate will design and implement both API‑driven and event‑driven components within Azure, develop reusable integration frameworks, and support front‑end capabilities as needed. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring stability, scalability, and security of data flows across multiple systems and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain integrations connecting CRM systems (Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics) with Hivebrite or comparable community platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, and modern integration patterns.
Architect and implement Azure‑based integration services leveraging Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid/Event Hub, and Storage Queues.
Build secure and resilient data pipelines incorporating Azure Key Vault, App Configuration, Application Insights, and Azure Monitor for observability and operational excellence.
Contribute to full‑stack application development using modern frameworks such as React and Next.js to support end‑to‑end solution delivery.
Develop reusable components and integration frameworks, including API gateways, authentication patterns, and shared services aligned with best practices.
Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, and related identity standards.
Work across relational and NoSQL database technologies—including SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and MongoDB—to support integration workflows and data access strategies.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong emphasis on backend integration engineering within cloud or enterprise environments.
Demonstrated expertise delivering both API‑driven and event‑driven solutions, ideally within Azure.
Hands‑on experience integrating CRM platforms—preferably Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics—with external applications or services.
Proficiency across Azure integration services and serverless technologies, including Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, and related components.
Experience building front‑end interfaces using React and Next.js.
Strong understanding of secure integration design, including identity management frameworks such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and SSO.
Solid background in both SQL and NoSQL data technologies, including SQL Server, Cosmos DB, MongoDB, or equivalent platforms.
