Place of Performance: Remote, but must be able to work 8:00 - 5:00 EST
Years of Experience: 8+
Education/Certification Requirements: BS, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related technical degree, or 10+ years of Experience. ServiceNow Certification a Plus.
Responsibilities
Upgrade all instances when ServiceNow releases updated versions that require preparation, testing, and bug fixes across production and non-production environments.
Setting up and configuring ServiceNow instances, cloning, update sets, API and Restful web services integrations, certificate management, MID-Servers, etc.
Perform routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/ remediation.
Manage Instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control Lists.
Manage deployment of update sets and synchronization of changes between multiple ServiceNow instances.
Resolve help desk/support tickets for reported incidents or defects.
Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Active ServiceNow CSA.
Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow systems administration and support.
Demonstrated experience with upgrading systems, software migrations, and resolving help desk tickets.
Experience configuring mid-servers.
Experience configuring ACLs, business rules, roles, permissions and groups.
Strong experience deploying in an Agile Environment, including managing update sets, release management, cloning, and family upgrades.
Triage and managing incident response.
