Hourly rate ranges from $19.25 to $19.50 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Guest Services.
Support the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Develop staff, control expenses, and manage shrinkage.
Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies and procedures.
This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and management experience is required.
