Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Guest Services.
Support the Store Manager in overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in adherence to Company policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
Prior retail and/or management experience required.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours.
