Hourly rate:
$17.00 - $17.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Up to 38 hours per week.
* Minimum age 18.
* Physical demands: over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds.
* Prior retail or management experience required.
