Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Guest Services.
Support the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.
Position will work up to 38 hours per week. Minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands of the job include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
