Psychiatrist – Drive Innovation in Mental Health Care
Location: Los Angeles, 90045 Job Type: Part-time & Full-time Compensation: $150-$200/hour + % of collections + bonus (earn $100K-$150K working one 10 hour day!)

What You’ll Do:
Provide and supervise advanced treatments, including:
IV Ketamine Infusion Therapy
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
Psychiatric Evaluations and Medication Management
Psychotherapy and Integration Support
Supervise advanced practice providers and registered nurses
Conduct treatment consultations and ensure timely documentation and accurate coding
Foster relationships with referring providers and partner organizations
Guide, mentor, and help develop your clinical team
Support the overall growth and strategic development of the company
What You Bring:
Genuine enthusiasm for Ketamine Therapy, Spravato, TMS, psychedelic medicine, and emerging treatments
Minimum of 2 years of outpatient psychiatry experience
Current, unrestricted California medical license
Board Certification in Psychiatry
Active DEA license for schedules II–V
Willingness to obtain the following (company can assist):
BLS certification
ACLS certification
ASA Moderate Sedation Training
Preparation and Integration TrainingCommitment to a 2-year contract
