Hospital RN - up to $80/hr

A public health and teaching hospital in Jamaica Plain, is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team. We provide acute, subacute, and ambulatory care to economically and socially disadvantaged patients, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care with respect for their dignity.

Responsibilities

Provide med-surg nursing care for adult patients recovering from or preparing for surgical procedures

Perform tracheostomy care, including suctioning and routine maintenance of tracheostomy tubes

Monitor telemetry patients, tracking vital signs and heart activity in real-time

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and state healthcare regulations

Float between departments as needed

Qualifications

Registered Nurse license holder in MA

2+ years of med-surg nursing experience in a hospital setting

2+ years of tracheotomy experience, including suctioning and tube maintenance

2+ years of telemetry experience, monitoring vital signs and cardiac activity
