As a

Senior UX Copywriter

to craft compelling, user-centered content that drives engagement and conversion for our

retail and pharmacy

experiences. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who understands how

copy influences user behavior

throughout the customer journey, optimizing touchpoints for both

e-commerce and healthcare transactions . As a key member of the

UX and Product

team, you will collaborate closely with

designers, researchers, product managers, marketers, and key stakeholders

to create copy that enhances usability, improves conversion rates, and meets regulatory compliance for healthcare-related content. Key Responsibilities

Develop clear, concise, and engaging UX copy for

retail and pharmacy

experiences, including product pages, checkout flows, prescription services, and digital health tools. Optimize

funnel conversion

through strategic messaging, A/B testing, and data-driven copy improvements. Conduct

UX research, competitive analysis, and user testing

to refine messaging and improve content engagement. Leverage research methodologies such as

heuristic evaluations, card sorting, and usability testing

to assess the effectiveness of copy. Work closely with

UX researchers and data analysts

to test and iterate on content based on

user insights, heatmaps, and analytics . Create content that is

compliant with healthcare regulations

while maintaining an engaging and consumer-friendly tone. Collaborate with

cross-functional teams and stakeholders , including

legal, compliance, marketing, customer service, and product leadership , to ensure alignment on messaging and regulatory requirements. Define and maintain a

consistent voice and tone

across pharmacy and retail experiences while adapting to different customer personas. Use

conversion optimization tools

(e.g.,

Google Optimize, Optimizely, Unbounce, Crazy Egg, or VWO ) to refine copy for engagement and sales. Leverage

A/B testing platforms

(e.g.,

Google Optimize, Optimizely ) to measure performance and iterate on content. Apply

SEO and keyword optimization

strategies using tools like

Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Clearscope

to enhance discoverability. Partner with engineering teams to ensure proper implementation of copy within digital products. Lead and mentor junior copywriters, establishing best practices and guidelines for UX writing. Research & Analytics Tooling Experience

User Behavior & Heatmaps : Hotjar, Crazy Egg, FullStory, Smartlook A/B Testing & Personalization : Google Optimize, Optimizely, Unbounce, VWO User Research & Testing : UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Lookback, dscout Survey & Feedback Tools : Qualtrics, Typeform, Google Forms, SurveyMonkey SEO & Content Optimization : Ahrefs, SEMrush, Clearscope, SurferSEO AI-Assisted Writing & Content Analysis : Grammarly, Hemingway, ChatGPT, Jasper AI Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of UX writing, content strategy, or copywriting experience , preferably in

retail, healthcare, or e-commerce . Proven track record of

improving funnel conversion

through strategic UX copy. Strong experience in

collaborating with stakeholders , balancing business goals with user needs. Experience conducting

user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis

to refine content. Proficiency in

copywriting tools for funnel optimization, user research, and A/B testing . Experience with

conversion copywriting methodologies , including PAS (Problem-Agitate-Solution) and AIDA (Attention-Interest-Desire-Action). Strong understanding of

user psychology, accessibility standards, and microcopy best practices . Experience working in an

Agile

product development environment. Ability to balance persuasive retail messaging with regulatory requirements for healthcare and pharmacy content. Excellent

communication and presentation skills

to advocate for UX writing best practices. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

e-commerce platforms, healthcare portals, or omnichannel retail . Background in

pharmaceutical, health tech, or regulated industries . Understanding of

HIPAA, FDA, and other healthcare compliance standards . Knowledge of

Figma, Adobe XD, or other UX design tools

is a plus.
