Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Patient-Centered Treatment As an Occupational Therapist, you will be the expert in helping patients master the activities of daily living: Evaluation & Treatment:

Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, or developmental conditions that directly impact their ability to perform daily activities. Personalized Plans:

Develop and implement highly

individualized treatment plans

complete with measurable goals designed to maximize patient function. Interdisciplinary Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive and continuous patient care. Documentation:

Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and outcomes in accordance with clinic standards and regulatory requirements. Education:

Educate patients and their families on home programs, adaptive techniques , and exercises to facilitate sustained recovery.

Requirements and Qualifications We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled therapist to join our practice. Licensure:

Must be a

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR)

in the state of Florida (or eligible to obtain licensure). Experience:

Experience in outpatient or orthopedic settings is strongly preferred. Skills: Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills. A compassionate, patient-focused approach with a firm commitment to clinical excellence.
