This position is located in Jacksonville, FL. ASI develops enterprise software used by physical asset managers to keep their equipment and fleets performing at their highest levels. Our customers include the Department of Defense, commercial fleet operators, and industrial facilities. We meet our customers challenges by developing state-of-the-art solutions that integrate computer science, operations research, data science, and reliability engineering using industry-leading technologies. ASI uses cutting-edge .Net, Angular, and SQL technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building applications from scratch and enhancing existing core systems. You will work in small, autonomous teams responsible for entire applications and modules. Responsibilities
Design and develop integration architecture across multiple components and applications Participate in planning and analysis of software development projects Review and approve code design and development from junior to senior programmers In a .Net environment, code, test, debug, and implement custom applications in C# using microservices techniques along with Angular Use SQL to query and join data with TSQL as needed Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into product designs Write and review technical specifications and documentation Innovate with tools and processes to streamline development Work with other technical teams (DevOps, Database, QA, Analysts) to ensure successful project delivery using agile methodologies Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from an accredited U.S. institution At least 4 years of software development experience in various projects (Masters degree can substitute 2 years of experience) Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce) Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices and full SDLC Proficiency in object-oriented programming and modern UI frameworks like .Net, C#, Angular (experience with AngularJS, JavaScript, React, Typescript is a plus) Proficient in MS SQL, including queries, stored procedures, and T-SQL Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading development teams on multiple projects Experience with asset management, logistics, reliability-centered maintenance, or fleet management Work Authorization/Security Clearance
