Intel is seeking an exceptional Vice President of Corporate Communications to lead a high-performing team at a pivotal moment for the company. The role requires a strategic, adaptable, and collaborative leader with expertise in media relations, financial communications, executive communication, crisis management, and government and policy communications. Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, the VP will shape Intel's corporate narrative and execute programs that support top priorities, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and fostering cross-functional relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement Intel's corporate communications strategy aligned with business goals and reputation management. Business Acumen:

Collaborate with executives to translate complex strategies into compelling narratives and stakeholder engagement plans. Media Relations Mastery:

Manage corporate media relations, cultivate relationships with press and influencers, and act as a spokesperson. Financial Communications:

Oversee messaging for financial audiences in partnership with Investor Relations. Crisis Communications:

Lead global crisis mitigation efforts with rapid response plans and calm leadership. Government and Policy Communications:

Support public policy objectives through strategic engagement with government stakeholders and policymakers globally. Executive Communications:

Advise C-suite leaders and craft speeches, thought leadership, and stakeholder programs. Team Leadership:

Manage and develop a high-performing communications team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Build partnerships across the organization to deliver impactful, cohesive programs. Experience & Qualifications:

15+ years in corporate communications with experience in strategic planning, media relations, financial and crisis communications, and government relations, preferably in technology. Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, business, or related field. Additional Details:

Salary range: $999 - $999,999 (dependent on location and experience). Benefits include competitive pay, stock, bonuses, health, retirement, and vacation. The role offers a hybrid work model, combining on-site and remote work.
