Determine, plan, and delegate tasks on major autonomy software developmental efforts for autonomous systems development. Lead and guide the development of autonomous systems software for teams of Group 4 / 5 UAS. Work in consortium-style settings with multiple contractor and government participants. Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills and familiarity working in remote / distributed team environments. Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience. Highly skilled in information technology with significant problem-solving and leadership abilities. Fluency in multiple programming languages is strongly desired. Deep knowledge of software topics such as database design, content management systems, and enterprise service bus architecture. Broad experience in software development for complex military systems, including systems of systems integration and adaptation of novel approaches. Familiarity with simulation techniques and integration of software with government-owned simulation environments like AFSIM or JSE. Knowledge of systems engineering practices, including MBSE and SysML. Experience in autonomy development and standards for system interfaces, such as OMS / UCI, NATO STANAG, and MIL-STD. Experience with airworthiness, flight safety, and military systems integration. Education Requirements:
Required:
Degree in Software Development or equivalent; certifications considered. Clearance Requirements:
Active SECRET clearance with TOP SECRET and SCI eligibility.
