This is a remote role that may only be hired in North Carolina. Occasional travel to the Raleigh, North Carolina office may be required. Responsibilities
Data Analysis - Source, compile, interpret data, and communicate findings effectively. System Support - Provide daily technical support, respond to inquiries, improve user experience, and assist with system modifications and enhancements. Identifying Requirements - Determine system needs, document specifications, reports, and project plans, and monitor compliance. Reporting - Generate reports, identify patterns and discrepancies, and suggest improvements. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support, OR a High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with UKG WFM and Payroll systems, UKG Dimensions, or UKG Pro. Knowledge of system configurations, report writing, and integrations. Serve as primary contact for system issues, upgrades, and integrations. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure data flow. Generate reports for audits, compliance, and insights. Train users on UKG features and stay updated on legal and compliance requirements. Previous HR domain experience is a plus. Additional Details
