Assist store management with basic operations, developing associates, and achieving sales goals and performance standards. Essential Job Functions
Meet and exceed sales goals Train and develop sales team Provide feedback, coaching, and enforce policies Perform opening and closing duties Manage store operations and loss prevention in management's absence Communicate store needs to management Complete bank deposits and assigned tasks promptly Participate in training Deliver a fun, full-service customer experience Resolve customer issues effectively Demonstrate Journeys culture to the team Job Requirements
Prior retail sales experience preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Desire to succeed in retail Willingness to learn Complete all training programs or equivalent Availability to work nights and weekends Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods Must be at least 18 years old Pay and Benefits
