Position Profile
Weaver seeks talented tax leaders at the Director level. A Private Client Services Director provides federal tax compliance and planning services to high-net-worth individuals and privately held businesses.
A Weaver Tax Director is an entrepreneur who creates new business and develops future leaders. The ideal candidate is a CPA with over 9 years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning, and consulting, especially with high-net-worth clients, private businesses, investment partnerships, estates, and trusts.
Required qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
CPA or EA certification
Over 9 years of relevant experience at a public accounting firm
Technical knowledge to sell and execute engagements across industries
Preferred qualifications include:
Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
Experience managing and mentoring staff
Strong relationship management and practice development skills
Ability to attract and expand client services
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range is $120,000 to $300,000, depending on experience, skills, certifications, and location. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), flexible time off, sick leave, holidays, recharge days, and ongoing professional development through internal programs and WeaverLEAD leadership coaching.
