In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential recruits, representing the United States Army and providing them with essential information. As part of the front-line team, you'll help shape their first impression and play a crucial role in the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities Gather and record contact information from potential United States Army recruits. Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries via phone, live chat, and social media platforms. Manage and distribute recruitment leads to appropriate local recruiters. This position requires a strong commitment to excellence in customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively on behalf of the United States Army. Qualifications
