What You’ll Do:
Responsible for leading UiPath Professional Service’s engagements with a team of 2-5 resources
Provide technical guidance, design and oversight during initial stages of an implementation and any critical milestones
Identify and qualify RPA developers, Business Analysts and SMEs to deliver on professional service’s engagements
Develop sustainable solutions with the team of developers in order to drive towards customer adoption
Mentor technical engineers who are looking to grow their careers in RPA
Develop a deep understanding of the UiPath Platform and its functionalities
Work with a truly unbelievable technical team that will move mountains to help our customers
Become an evangelist of UiPath by identifying client needs and showcasing the best solution
Express your passion and enthusiasm by identifying out-of-the-box opportunities to expand the UiPath ecosystem
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python preferred)
4+ years of experience developing in UiPath
Strong architectural acumen with in-depth knowledge of architectural design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
Knowledge of multithreading and asynchronous programming
Demonstrated experience with at least one of the major cloud providers: Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP
Experience providing large-scale services and well-versed in microservices, micro-frontends, service-oriented architecture, and databases such as Azure SQL, CosmosDB, Azure Datalake, PowerBI, MongoDB, MSQL, and DynamoDB
Experience with attended, unattended, and document understanding on the UiPath platform
Experience configuring UiPath’s AI Trust Layer and LLM interfaces
Experience creating Solution Design Documents (SDD)
Experience in infrastructure related technology and integrating with common systems via APIs
We are seeking process-minded individuals with strong presentation and communication skills (customer facing)
Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other languages is a plus
Must be a U.S. Citizen per contract requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance as required by contract
Must be local to the Washington, DC metro
Preferred Qualifications:
UiPath Professional Certifications (Solution Architect or Developer Professional)

$103,968.00 - $184,049.00
