Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Multi-site leadership experience Primary Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of a private preschool, including health and safety, enrollment, financial wellness, staffing, training, retention, campus management, and delivering high-quality education and care Maintain strong relationships with families, faculty, and vendors Manage budgets, licensing, and marketing initiatives Cultivate a safe and enjoyable culture in a fast-paced environment Perform essential functions for all positions in the school, including leadership roles, teachers, Food Service Teachers, and Bus Drivers Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or Primary Education or a related field 3-5 years of Director experience in a licensed childcare facility Experience in multi-site leadership Strong knowledge of licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Experience overseeing preschool operations, human resources, quality assurance, and facilities Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain staff Strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community
