Building on Covenant's reputation for first class delivery of high-quality service and cost-effective contract administration, Covenant has enjoyed substantial growth while maintaining an unparalleled commitment to performance. *We are seeking a Security Program Manager in the Milwaukee area, contingent upon award of contract. The successful candidate will oversee security operations through subordinate supervisors, ensuring mission accomplishment, procedural compliance, and technical proficiency. Responsibilities include evaluating supervisors, optimizing resource utilization, and developing employee work schedules to maintain operational efficiency. The Security Program Manager will provide both administrative and technical supervision, including: Assigning, planning, and scheduling work Approving leave and assessing employee performance Making selections and promotions Addressing complaints and implementing disciplinary actions Identifying training and development needs Enhancing quality and service performance Setting and being accountable for organizational goals and objectives Additionally, the Program Manager will contribute to budget development, direct major program segments, approve awards and personnel actions, and make key decisions regarding operational challenges and recommendations. This role requires effective engagement with various stakeholders, including security management, law enforcement, labor relations, federal and state regulatory agencies, and local government officials, within a dynamic and complex working environment. Minimum Qualifications üBachelor’s Degree in security administration, Public Administration, or related fields. üFour years of progressively responsible security experience (i.e., law enforcement, military, or security professions). Higher education than the minimum above may count toward the experience requirement). üExperience within airport industry. üSecurity supervisory experience required. üPossession of a valid State driver's license. üResponsible for coordinating and directing the activities of the Supervisors and Officers performing to scope of work requirements. üPrefer AAAE ACE certification or must obtain certification within first year.
