This is a Full-Time, 12-hour varied shifts, ICU Float Pool opportunity within our La Jolla Hospitals (Memorial and Green), working varied shifts. Benefits eligible. Shifts:
Dayshift: 0700 to 1930. Nightshift: 1900 to 0730. Shift is subject to vary after each 4-week scheduling period. Incentives:

Supporting excellence in patient and family-centered care, the Site Based Float Pool provides critical nursing support to our acute care units at Scripps La Jolla, Scripps Green, and Scripps Encinitas hospitals. Our nurses enjoy teamwork, leadership support, and flexibility to float to different units and adapt work schedules. We invite you to join our highly engaged team of Float Pool Registered Nurses within ICU, responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient progress. The RN works collaboratively with the Care Team to ensure optimal patient care, taking primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the team. This role requires floating to Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla and Scripps Green Hospital in Torrey Pines, as well as to PCU, DOU, Tele, Oncology, MS, and other areas. Incentives:

Required Qualifications: One (1) year of recent RN experience in an adult ICU. California Registered Nurse License. Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification. Ability to speak, read, and follow instructions in English. Positive behavioral demonstration. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. NIH Certification. Six (6) months of RN Progressive Care experience and 2 years of ICU experience.
