Position Overview

There is a particular rhythm to a Charley’s dinner shift. The dining room fills with energy, the kitchen fires to life, and our team works together to create something memorable. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who understands that hospitality is both craft and calling. Your leadership will shape the atmosphere, elevate the team, and create meaningful experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Guide daily operations with a focus on warmth, timing, and polished execution
  • Lead a team of professionals who care deeply about service and craft
  • Build genuine guest relationships and respond to needs with grace and confidence
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to uphold the integrity of every plate
  • Manage budgets, labor, and cost control while protecting quality
  • Support an engaging wine and beverage program
  • Maintain a safe, orderly environment that meets all regulations
  • Plan special events and experiences that enhance the Charley’s brand
  • Provide ongoing training that builds skill, pride, and professionalism
  • Foster partnerships with vendors and community partners

Qualifications

  • Background in high end or high-volume fine dining
  • Strong leadership grounded in communication, empathy, and accountability
  • Knowledge of wine, cuisine, and refined service techniques
  • Financial and operational management experience
  • Confidence and composure in a fast-moving environment
  • Keen attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship
  • Familiarity with reservation platforms and guest management tools
  • Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferred
